SPECTATOR ADMISSION

Before attending, please read the Spectators Code of Conduct and Prohibited Items list.
By purchasing a ticket, you are agreeing to abide by these policies.
** Tickets are for one individual only, no shared tickets **
- All Major credit cards are accepted
- Prices include GA state sales tax, merchant & processing fees
There will be no onsite ticket kiosk. All tickets must be purchased online.
We are a cashless ticketing event. No cash will be accepted onsite.

Tickets for WKND 1 will go live Mon., March 17th, 2025 at 10am EST

Tickets for WKND 2 will go live Mon., March 24th, 2025 at 10am EST

Children 10 & Under are free and must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
We will be using Team Codes for Spectator Admissions. In order to purchase a ticket, spectators will need to have the Team Code for the team in which they are coming to see.
It will be the responsibility of the club to share this information with their spectators to ensure that they can purchase a ticket. The tournament staff will not be able to share Team Codes with spectators, so please make sure you inform your spectators accordingly.
When you purchase online, you will receive a QR code ticket via email.
- Each spectator will need to present their individual QR code along with a corresponding photo ID.
- The QR Code and your ID must be presented each time you wish to enter the facility
QR Codes will be scanned prior to entry and each re-entry.
Minors who do not have an ID must be accompanied by an adult.
(If necessary, a printed copy out of the QR code ticket can be presented.)

We are a cashless ticketing event. No cash will be accepted onsite.

Ticket Prices

Submit all refund requests to info@bigsouth.us no later than the night before the event by 10:00 pm.
Once a request is received, refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days or as reasonably able, using the original payment method.
- Credits may take up to 10-14 business to appear in some credit card accounts.
Once a ticket is scanned, it is not assignable to any other individual or eligible for refund.
We reserve the right to modify or terminate this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised Policy on our website.

College coaches have TWO options for tournament entry:

1. Purchase a University Athlete package and receive one free entry with the purchase of each.

You will receive an email with a QR Code, which you will be your ticket to enter the event.
Your entry will be in the same location as club coaches, please see instructions below.

2. Purchase your ticket.

Please email info@bigsouth.us for your purchase code. You will be asked to provide some information about your school.
You will receive an email with a QR Code, which will be your ticket to enter the event.
Your entry will be in the same location as all other spectators, please see instructions below.

We HIGHLY recommend that you purchase the University Athlete package for an easier entry experience.

Players in uniform will be granted entry
Coaches will be granted entry with the presentation of their QR Code and ID for EACH entry
Early access for players & coaches will begin at 7:00 am.
Chaperones and parents cannot enter during the early access period
Players & coaches will have a separate entrance from spectators.

Upon entering, please go to the social media booth to collect your player bag tags.
