Tickets for BSQ2025 Weekend 1 are now available for purchase!
As always, we will be using Team Codes for Spectator Admissions. In order to purchase a ticket, spectators will need to have the Team Code for the team in which they are coming to see.
It will be the responsibility of the club to share this information with their spectators to ensure that they can purchase a ticket. The tournament staff will not be able to share Team Codes with spectators, so please make sure you inform your spectators accordingly.

Weekend Pass (Good for 3 days of entry) - $52
BSQ WKND 1 & WKND 2 (Good for weekend 1 & weekend 2 entry) - $100

Once you have your teams USAV Team Code you will go to:
Enter USAV Team Code, hit apply!
Follow the prompts
Ticket will be emailed and/or texted in the form of a QR Code to the individual who purchased the ticket. Please view our Spectator's Admissions page for more information on our entry procedures.

Why are You Using Team Codes?
To keep our events private and better protect our junior athletes participating in events this season from any "undesirable" attendees, all spectators will need to enter a TEAM CODE at the Coupon Code prompt to access and purchase admission.
Are Team Codes Limited?
There are no limitations on admission at this time for this event. Multiple passes can be purchased in one transaction.
Agreements to Attend:
By attending, spectators and teams have confirmed that they will abide by the event safety guidelines listed on our website HERE as well as on your ticket. Those who refuse to abide by the policies listed above, as well as in the Spectator Code of Conduct will be removed from the building and be subject to having their ticket/entry revoked for the remainder of the weekend.

Spectators and coaches must show their QR Code and ID EACH TIME they enter the facility
Can I Share My Ticket:
No, tickets cannot be shared between individuals. Each ticket must be unique to an individual spectator. Tickets will have a first and last name assigned to the ticket.
Can Names on Tickets Be Changed After Purchase:
Names on tickets can be changed to another name so long as the ticket has not been scanned. Once a ticket is scanned, it is no longer viable for a name change.
Does Each Ticket Need to Have a Unique Name:
Yes. Each ticket needs to have a unique name for the individual that it is for. Even if you buy the ticket for someone else, it needs to have the first and last name match the first and last name on the ID of the person who will be using the ticket for entry
Refund Policy:
Submit all refund requests to info@bigsouth.us no later than the night before the event by 10:00 pm EST.
Once a ticket is scanned, it is not assignable to any other individual or eligible for refund.
No Onsite Ticket Purchases:
There will be no onsite ticket purchases available.
Spectators can only purchase tickets online at www.sportwrench.com/BSQTICKETS using the USAV Team Code.
If you do not know your USAV Team Code, please contact your coach or club director.
Tournament Staff will not share USAV Team Codes -- No Exceptions
