Tournament Magic VIRTUAL SHOWCASE Comes to Big South! Thursday, March 31st

Tournament Magic is hosting a new, improved and innovative type of athlete's showcase - THE VIRTUAL VOLLEYBALL SHOWCASE. Lots of showcase events say they are different. But this showcase really is different:

• Every court is video taped and uploaded to a web site within 7 days - and PLAYERS gets a URL to send to college coaches of her choice.
• COLLEGE COACHES DON'T HAVE TO BE PRESENT TO SEE YOU SHOWCASE YOUR TALENT. They can search the video site by position so they can see YOU perform.
• Hitters, setters, middle blockers and liberos are on SEPARATE courts BY POSITION. This makes it easy for college coaches to evaluate your talent in your position.
• EACH COURT will have a MAXIMUM OF 15 PLAYERS so you can actually be seen and have touches on the ball.
• Each showcase SESSION LASTS ABOUT ONE HOUR and there is NO SCRIMMAGING so you don’t get tired before competition the next day.
• All DRILLS are run FROM ONE SIDE OF THE COURT ONLY to MINIMIZE the CHANCE OF INJURY and MAXIMIZE your VISIBILITY on video.
• PLAYERS STAY ON ONE COURT the whole session so college coaches can easily find you and view you.

REGISTRATION is available online now and is FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE. SPACE IS STRICTLY LIMITED so we can provide a quality showcase with plenty of contacts for each participant.

Tournament Magic uses UNIVERSITY ATHLETE software to allow college coaches to make evaluations just like they do at the tournament the next day. Recruiters can come watch you play based on the notes they took the night before.

Every participant receives a one-year membership to UniversityAthlete.com that allows her to easily communicate with virtually every college program in the country.

Complete each screen of the registration wizard. This is information that college coaches will see whenever they search your profile on universityathlete.com.

On the last screen, you will be asked to choose the position you wish to showcase and then click the PayPal payment button. You will be directed to the FRVBC Foundation PayPal page to pay for your participation.

Wave times cannot be pre-determined. All courts will be grouped by position and grad year as much as possible.
