What Burns meant to say was that things don't always work out the way we intended.
We have encountered technical difficulties with the submission of your hotel request forms. There was an issue with the web server that is responsible for emailing your requests to THS. Even though you saw a web page that told you your form had been submitted, it may not have been. We are very sorry for this problem.
If you submitted a Hotel Request Form prior to Monday, October 25th at 2:00pm EDT, we ask you to resubmit your request. If you submitted your form after 2:00pm on Monday, there is no need to resubmit.
Again, we apologize for this issue. We are confident that the issue was resolved by 2:00pm EDT on Monday. Please resubmit your form as soon as possible. There is no need to indicate that you are resubmitting.
We have extended the deadline for form submission until Wednesday, November 3.
