All teams check in at the Georgia World Congress in the Main Lobby.

If you cannot make it Thursday night, you HAVE to check in no later than the times listed below, according to the wave in which you play, or you will be dropped from the event as we will have to assume you are not attending.

Have a complete and correct Check In Form with a bar code for each team you are checking in. Fill out all the REQUIRED Verification information at the bottom of the page of the Check In Form. Review the roster and be sure it is complete and correct. Have valid USAV numbers on the form and in signuptoplay.com for every name on the roster. Have NO handwritten changes on the roster. All coaches listed on the roster must have IMPACT level certification or higher.
Teams will be issued wristbands for all players and rostered coaches/chaperones/managers at the check in desk. Maximum of 15 players and 3 staff members per team.
